Calamusa Busts Granberry

Nível 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Pierre Calamusa opened on the button to 2,600 and Joseph Granberry in the small blind called. Patrick Mahoney in big blind three-bet to 12,000 and Calamusa called. Granberry then shoved all in for 19,000, and Mahoney and Calamusa both called.

With two players still active, the flop was {8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and they both checked. On the {4-Clubs} turn, Mahoney check-folded to a 10,000 bet from Calamusa.

Joseph Granberry: {j-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Pierre Calamusa: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The {4-Diamonds} on the river didn't change anything and Calamusa eliminated Granberry to rise to 220,000.

After four players limped, Pierre Calamusa checked his option in the big blind. The flop came {k-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and after a check, a player bet to 2,400. Only Calamusa and the under the gun player called. The turn brought the {5-Clubs} and all checked.

A {3-Clubs} appeared on the river and Calamusa fired 12,500, which was enough to collect the pot without any resistance.
