Andrew Liporace's slide was complete when Dan Smith got the last of his chips.
Dan Smith verbalized a check out of the small blind on a board of , and Andrew Liporace thought for about 90 seconds before pushing his whole stack forward from under the gun, a wager of about 265,000. From early position, Greg Himmelbrand raised to 40,000 to kick things off on one of the outer feature tables. Robert Park was in middle position and made the call, then action slid over to Brian Roberts on the button. He called, and then Maria Ho closed the action with a call out of the big blind.
The flop was checked by Ho, and then Himmelbrand fired a continuation bet of 67,000. One by one, Park, Roberts, and Ho all folded, giving Himmelbrand the pot.
Emil Olsson opened for 45,000 in early position, and Byron Kaverman three-bet to 105,000 in late position. Simon Charette woke up with a cold four-bet shove of 703,000 from the small blind, and Olsson called it off for 502,000. Kaverman got out of the way.
