Grapenthien was the bring-in, then Landfish completed, Obst called, and Hellmuth raised. Grapenthien folded, Landfish reraised, Obst folded, and Hellmuth called.
Going into fourth street, Landfish asked Hellmuth something about his strategy, and Hellmuth said that Landfish would need a premium pair.
"I got one, do you?" said Landfish.
"Let's see if you can get there," responded Hellmuth.
On fourth street, Landfish bet and Hellmuth called. On fifth street, Landfish bet, and Hellmuth called again.
"I hope we both don't make our flush," said Hellmuth.
On sixth street, Landfish bet again, and Hellmuth called. Then on seventh, both players checked.
Landfish showed the
