Dan Hemiller raised from middle position and found a single call from Stephen Chidwick in the big blind. The flop came down and Chidwick check-called a continuation from Heimiller.
The hit the felt on the turn and Chidwick led out into the middle. Heimiller called and the finished off the board. Both players checked and Heimiller showed for Broadway. Chidwick showed for the same straight and the two chopped up the pot.
Bruce Yamron completed with an ace showing and found a call from Christoph Haller. Yamron continued out on fourth and Haller, who pulled a king, called. On fifth street it was Yamron who received a king, giving first action to Haller. He led at the pot and Yamron stuck around.
Sixth street saw both players receive a jack and Haller fired a bet. Yamron called and the two took their final cards. Haller bet out and Yamron moved all in for just 2,000 on top. Haller tanked for about 15 seconds before flinging the chips forward and showing for a jack-nine. Yamron rolled over for a ninety-eight and scored the double up. He now has about 240,000 while Haller has dropped to 75,000.
Yuebin Guo completed and Stephen Chidwick called. Guo continued his aggression, firing out bets on fourth, fifth, and sixth street. The two received their final down cards and Guo led at the middle once again. Chidwick called and tabled for a seventy-six. This was ahead of Guo's for a ninety-six and Chidwick was awarded the pot. Chidwick now has about 445,000 in chips.
Alex Rocha completed with an eight and Dan Hemiller called with an ace. Heimiller led on fourth only to have Rocha raise the action. Heimiller called and then led out on fifth. Rocha called all in for his last 16,000 and the hands were turned face up.

Heimiller pulled an eight on sixth, making an eighty-five that improved to a seventy-five after he received a as his final card. Rocha's last card was a , ensuring he ended the hand with a ten-eight. He was eliminated in 8th place and will collect $11,750 in prize money.
