Kilpatrick tabled for the ace-high flush to win the pot.
Phil Laak ran into the tournament area and quickly took a seat before his hand could be mucked. Laak min-raised to 24,000 and both Ryan Schmidt and Richard Ashby made the call.
The dealer spread a flop and it would be a 41,000-chip bet from Schmidt that would see him capture the pot once Ashby and Laak mucked.
