Break It Up

Nível 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

Another break for the 800 players remaining from the 1,586 entrants,

Just a reminder that registration is still open until the start of level seven.

Back in twenty minutes.

Dan the Man

Nível 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

Dan Shak has spent the last couple of levels having a relaxing massage and crushing the table. It looks like he has been a chip magnet as he just keeps heading in the right direction, and the good news for him is that there are no re-buys.

Sudworth Almost Can't Lose

Nível 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

It looks like James Sudworth has been crushing his table, because the opponents joked and already said good game to a short stack that moved all in for 800 chips. Sudworth was in the big blind and asked "should I call without looking at my cards?" before tossing in the chips for the call.

Sudworth: {6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}
Opponent: {A-Spades}{8-Clubs}

The board ran out {6-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and the short stack doubled up. Other chip counts from the bronze section are attached as well.

Kilpatrick Hunts Braclet #2

Nível 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

Kory Kilpatrick won the $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em Shootout event for $254,891 a few days ago and was presented with his first gold bracelet and a set of gold headphones at a ceremony in the tournament room at the first break. He has now joined this tournament and is sitting at Dominik Nitsches table showing off his headphones and joking about bracelets.

Kilpatrick is also a few pages in to a book he has propped open at the table, High-Low-Split Poker, Seven-Card Stud and Omaha Eight-or-better, by Ray Zee. There’s always room for improvement.

Grinder Gone

Nível 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

Michael Mizrachi has been eliminated. We don't know how he previously lost the majority of his chips but just now he was all in for his last 900 or so. He had a flip with {4-Hearts}{4-Spades} versus {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and his opponent made the nut flush on the turn of a {2-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} board.

Bounty For Terry

Nível 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

Todd Terry opened the action with a raise, the player one seat over three-bet to 750 and the small blind moved all in for what looked like 1,550. Terry reshoved for three times that amount and the three-bettor folded {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}, at least he admitted that in table chat.

Terry: {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}
Opponent: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {7-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and the opponent angrily tapped the table before leaving his seat.

More From Silver

Psychic Staszko, Scottish Vamps

Nível 4 : 75/150, 0 ante

Martin Staszko has accumulated quitre a few chips so far and must have been giving a fair bit of action so the button in a hand we witnessed must have been a bit disappointed when he opened the pot, the small blind raised and Staszko threw away his hand without much pause. The button showed {a-}{a-} and collected the two blinds.

At a table not too far away David Vamplew has joined the game.
