Chewy Gets There

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Patrick Bruel checked to Andrew Lichtenberger on a flop {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}{j-Spades}, he tossed out 600, and Bruel called.

The turn was the {10-Clubs}, Bruel check-called another 1,600, and the {9-Diamonds} completed the board. Bruel checked a third and final time, and this time Lichtenberger knuckled as well.

Bruel showed {q-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for trip queens, but he was trumped by Lichtenberger's {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Lichtenberger chipped up to 55,000, and thanks to a fast start, Bruel is up to 49,000.

Position for Silverman

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

After a player opened with a raise to 600, Mark Teltscher reraised to 1,800 from the cutoff seat. On the button was Steven Silverman, and he reraised to 4,500. Action folded back to Teltscher after everyone else including the original raiser folded, and he made the call.

The flop came down {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades}, and Teltscher checked. Silverman bet 3,600, and Teltscher gave it up.

One Pair Good for Cada

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

When we reached Table 373, Joe Cada had just put in a three-bet to 1,500 from the small blind. The original raiser four-bet to 3,100 in the cutoff, the 2009 WSOP Main Event champion called, and the dealer fanned {4-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{k-Hearts}. Cada check-called a bet of 2,800, and both players checked on the turn ({q-Spades}) and the river ({j-Spades}).

Cada opened up {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} for a pair of kings, and dragged the pot.

Stein Busts Suller

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Before the break, Sam Stein checked the {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} board, and Shaun Suller bet 1,500. Stein check-raised to 6,800, and Suller made the call.

The river was the {5-Diamonds}, and Stein thought for a little bit before moving nearly all of his chips forward, having Suller's remaining 20,000 or so covered. Suller wasted little time making the call, but saw the bad news with his {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} as Stein tabled the {3-Clubs}{3-Spades} for a set.
