"There's no shame in giving up," Antonio Esfandiari was saying as we reached the table. He had raised from under the gun to 925 and was facing a three-bet from Todd Newhouse in the big blind to 1,900. "He can give up right? It's in the rules?" Esfandiari asked the dealer, jokingly.
