We missed the exact preflop action but Waxman went heads-up against the player we've seen him battle it out with before. Waxman (mid-position) checked behind when his opponent (under-the-gun) checked on . The turn brought out the and Waman's opponent bet 1,050. Waxman made the call and after some deliberation he also called the 2,275 river bet on the . Waxman had to muck his hand though when he was shown for a flopped set.
