Joseph Cheong is one of the very best tournament players in the world, one who goes about his day terrorizing his opponents with a barrage of three, four and five bets. It's a style that has seen him win over $8,600,000 in his relatively short career so far.
Cheong is currently up to 137,000 chips, which puts him up their with the leaders. As we were counting Cheong's towers, a Spanish blogger as us how many chips we had counted. After almost closing in on the 100,000-chip mark in the last few levels, international soccer superstar, Gerard Pique, has slowly been losing his chips.

Pique shook his head, as his cards flew into the muck. He now sits below his original starting stack.
From middle position we caught a player opening to 900, only Yevgeniy Timoshenko called in position.
The flop came down and the player who opened continued with a bet of 1,100. Timoshenko called.
The turn was the and after a bet of 3,200, Timoshenko looked in our direction and said, "Can you erase everything you just wrote?" After a few seconds he shot back, "I'm just kidding of course." And after that he folded his hand.
Even after giving up that small amount of chips, Timoshenko is sitting on just about 37,000 chips.
During our internet outage, Loni Harwood busted out of the Main Event. Harwood, who recently won a bracelet in Event #60: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em, described her elimination on twitter:

Nicky Evans finds himself sat with 62,500 chips and is cruising along here in the 2013 WSOP Main Event.
In a hand that occurred moments ago, Evans opened to 1,025 from middle position and inly the big blind called. The pair shared a flop and the big blind checked. Evans fired a continuation-bet of 1,050 and the big blind folded.
While not a big pot by any stretch of the imagination, they all count and Evans will take those uncontested pots every day of the week.
Popular British pro Sam Grafton is up to 125,000 thanks in part to flopping a full house and getting it paid off.
