Hands 43-46: Jumping the Gun
Hand #43: Bennington raised the first hand of the new level, making it 400,000 to play from under the gun. Everybody folded to the bet, and the blinds and antes where shipped his way.
Hand #44: With UTG raises apparently in style nowadays, DeSilva tried the trick and opened for 265,000. Once again, the action folded around and a single preflop raise earned the bettor 300,000 in additional chips.
Hand #45: Kelly raised his button to 250,000 and folded the table.
Hand #46: Kelly opened to 250,000 from the cutoff, and was called in two spots by Bennington and Chen. The flop fell 
and Chen checked to Kelly, who continued for 350,000. Bennington got out of their way, and Chen called to see the turn come
