We've got a crowded field full of both relative unknowns and big names here on Day 2 of Event #58: $1,111 Little One for One Drop at the 2013 World Series of Poker. A total of 915 players have advanced from the heats on Day 1A and Day 1B. Players played a total of eight levels on those days, and of the 495 of the survivors will be getting paid.
Leading the remaining runners is one of the relative unknowns: Suraj Dutt bagged 90,125 on Day 1B. Rounding out the top ten are Philip Meulyzer (86,950), Mikolaj Zawadzki (85,225), Paul Spitzberg (74,525), Humberto Brenes (67,750), Liv Boeree (67,675), Benjamin Taylor (64,300), Kfir Nahum (63,425), Amir Ali Etemad Saeid (63,000) and Kevin Saul (61,150). Henry Tran raised to 1,275 from early position, and Liv Boeree reraised to 2,700 from the hijack. Everyone folded to Tran, who made the call.
"I check to you, because you're a nice lady," he said.
Boeree wasn't playing nice after the flopped, as she fired 3,100. Tran thought for about a minute before sliding his hand to the dealer.
Meanwhile, Dan Owen, who finished third in the $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em tournament yesterday for more than $300,000, got all in with at another table. He was flipping against
