After a player opened for a raise from under the gun, Mike Leah made it two bets to play from the small blind, and his opponent flatted to see the flop fall

Leah led out for a bet on the flop and was called, and the action repeated on the 
turn.
When the 
completed the board on the river, Leah led out once more, and he watched his opponent cut out a stack to raise it up. Leah was not impressed, however, making it three bets to continue, and the other player simply called.
Leah rolled over the
