flop, Lew checked again on the 
turn. His opponent did not check behind though, he bet 3,200. Lew, paused for around 40 seconds before moving all in. His opponent rocked back in hs chair and exhaled loudly.
"I call," said the now at risk player.

Lew needed a king and only a king to prevent losing most of his stack and he got it as the river was the

Ironically, earlier today Lew spoke to Kristy Arnett about reverse implied odds, something that king-jack often suffers from.
