Nikolai Sears opened the betting from early position with a raise to 8,500. The his direct left, and a new addition to the table, was Martin Finger who called. To Fingers immediate left was Jonathan Little and he called on the button. Shane Schleger was in the big blind and he said,
"Do you have me covered, Nikolai?" to Sears to which Sears replied,
"Yes sir. Yes I do."
With that information processed, Schleger raised to 21,500. Sears folded, Finger stared at Schleger for a few moments before folding, but Little called.
The 
flop saw Schleger lead for 23,500 and Little almost immediately flicked his cards into the muck.
