Hand #2: David Pham opened to 52,000 from the cutoff. Martin Finger flatted from the button and Dean three-bet to 162,000. Action came back to Pham who kicked it in. Finger called once more and saw the 
flop hit the felt. Dean checked and Finger checked it back.
