Chip Chop

Cylus Watson opened for 255,000 and received calls from Greg Merson and Percy Mahatan on the button and big blinds respectively. The {2-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop saw Mahatan bet 325,000, Watson raise to 890,000, Merson folded, and Mahatan make the call.

Both players then checked the {5-Spades} turn, bringing about the {9-Clubs} on the river. Mahatan led out for 1.1 million, Watson called, and the hands were tabled. Mahatan showed {A-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} for a straight, and Watson rolled over {A-}{3-} for the same straight. Chop it up.
