Ricky Markowitz pushed all in for his last 450,000 or so from middle position and it folded around to Jason Somerville in the blinds who called with only a few chips more. Markowitz turned over {A-Spades} {8-Diamonds} , but Somerville had woken up with {A-Diamonds} {K-Spades} .

Smith Squeezes

Webber Kang raised it up to 60,000 in early position, and Percy Mahatan made the call. It folded around to Gavin Smith in the small blind, and he moved all in for 761,000 total. Kang quickly got out of the way, and Mahatan thought for about 15 seconds, let out a big sigh, and folded his hand.

After that pot, Smith is almost up to a million, sitting on 952,000.

Barta Straightened Out By Yontz on the River

Action folded to Casey Yontz in the cutoff and he put in a raise to 65,000, which prompted Balint Barta to move all in for 383,000 from the button. Both blinds got out of the way, Yontz asked for a count, and a call was made.

Watson Wins Three-Way Pot at Showdown

From middle position, Charles Coultas put in an opening raise to 62,000. He found a call from David Warady in the small blind and Cylus Watson in the big blind before the dealer rolled out the {A-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} {2-Clubs} flop. All three players checked.

The turn card was the {3-Diamonds} and Warady bet 175,000. Watson called and then Coultas also made the call. The {10-Clubs} then completed the board on the river and all three players checked.

Warady showed the {J-Spades} {J-Diamonds} for a pair of jacks. Watson showed the {A-Hearts} {4-Hearts} for a pair of aces and Coultas mucked. Watson's hand was best at the showdown and he won the pot.

Salaburu Takes the Lead

Baker Cooking

Baker took the opportunity to lead for 150,000 when the turn brought the {4-Spades} , and after much deliberation, Schoder raised to 340,000 — about a third of his remaining stack. Baker waited a full three minutes before acting, then finally announced he was all in. Schoder instantly mucked his hand.
