We caught up to see An Van Tran all in and at risk against two opponents. Tran's all in was called by Erik Wigg and Jean Malherbe. The flop came down {A-Hearts} {3-Clubs} {K-Clubs} and Malherbe fired out a bet. Wigg got out of the way and the hands were tabled.

Tran: {Q-Clubs} {J-Clubs}
Malherbe: {9-Diamonds} {9-Spades}

Tran was drawing huge, looking for any pair, club, or ten for the straight. The {7-Diamonds} on fourth street did not do it for him, but the {4-Clubs} on fifth did. Tran was able to drag in a triple and is now sitting on about 200,000 in chips.

Terrence Chan Taken Out

We saw Terrence Chan standing up as we walked over to his table, and we saw that he had {k-Clubs} {q-Clubs} face up and all his chips in the middle preflop. Chan was in trouble though, as Jeffrey Fielder made the call with {q-Hearts} {q-Diamonds} . The flop brought alittle help for Chan, coming {9-Spades} {8-Diamonds} {j-Spades} . This gave Chan an inside straight draw to go along with his king, but the board didn't bring either, completing {7-Spades} and {q-Spades} .

Chan hits the rail, while Fielder jumps up to 615,000.

Lichtenberger Scores Massive Pot to More Than Double Up

Jeremy Ausmus opened for 17,000 from middle position and action folded around to Filip Verboven, who pushed all in for his last 120,000 from the cutoff seat. Andrew "LuckyChewy" Lichtenberger then cold-called from the button. It was folded back to Ausmus, who announced he was all in. Lichtenberger quickly called all-in for 401,000 total and all three hands were revealed.

Ausmus was in great shape to eliminate both of his opponents, however, the {Q-Spades} {9-Spades} {K-Hearts} {10-Hearts} {8-Spades} board left Lichtenberger with a set of kings - good for the massive scoop to chip Lichtenberger up to 930,000.

Verboven was eliminated and Ausmus slipped back down to 600,000.

Justin Young just found himself literally experiencing the old "chip and a chair" cliché after losing all but 2,000 of his stack.

Down below 100,000, he engaged in a blind-vs.-blind preflop all-in against a neighboring short stack in which his {Q-Spades} {7-Hearts} failed to improve against his opponent's {7-Spades} {7-Diamonds} . That left him with two yellow chips, worth 1,000 each, and after paying the ante for the next hand he was down to a single chip.

It folded to Trevor Vanderveen who raised, and when it folded to Young on the button he called without looking at his hand. All others folded, Vanderveen tabled {J-Spades} {9-Spades} , and Young squeezed his hand before showing {Q-Clubs} {J-Clubs} .

"What a player!" said Vanderveen with a grin. The board ran out {Q-Spades} {J-Diamonds} {A-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {K-Diamonds} , and Young was up to 12,000.

Young would fold the next two hands, then committed his last 10,000 and faced a couple of opponents in the blinds, including Vanderveen in the big blind. "Don't be afraid to bluff each other," cracked Young. "Big bluffs!" The table laughed.

Both of the remaining players checked the {Q-Clubs} {6-Clubs} {4-Clubs} flop. Then when Vanderveen bet the {Q-Spades} turn, the other player folded. "Sorry, Justin," said Vanderveen, turning over {K-Clubs} {7-Clubs} . Young showed his {A-Diamonds} {2-Diamonds} , and after the meaningless river {K-Spades} he shook hands with his opponents and departed.

We caught up to find Vivek Rajkumar all in for his tournament life holding {A-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} before the flop. Rajkumar was called and crushed by Remy Cucak's {A-Clubs} {K-Hearts} .

Rajkumar was looking for a ten, but did not find it on the board of {2-Spades} {5-Clubs} {7-Diamonds} {A-Spades} {6-Clubs} . By eliminating Rajkumar, Cucak's stack has now increased to 610,000.

Buchanan Loses Back-to-Back Pots

It hasn't been a great return from dinner for Shawn Buchanan. He has just lost two pots in a row that has drop him below ten big blinds. We caught the first pot on the river, with the board reading {8-Spades} {10-Hearts} {7-Clubs} {k-Clubs} {4-Spades} . There was about 90,000 in the middle, and Buchanan checked to Nicolas Cushman, who fired out 30,000. Buchanan tanked for about a minute before folding, giving the pot to Cushman.

On the very next hand, action folded around to Buchanan on the button, and he raised 18,000. John Juanda made the call out of the big blind, and the flop came down {q-Clubs} {10-Hearts} {8-Hearts} . Both players checked, and the turn brought the {7-Diamonds} . Juanda fired out 30,000, and Buchanan tagged along. The river was the {q-Spades} , and Juanda went straight for his chips. He assembled three stacks of yellow T1,000 chips, and stuck them in for a bet of 60,000.

Buchanan tanked for about two or three minutes before tossing in the call. Juanda tabled {q-Diamonds} {4-Diamonds} for trip queens, and Buchanan tossed his hand into the muck. He is down to 68,000, while Juanda jumps up to 280,000.

Chavignon Spikes a One Outer

We heard some commotion over at Table 378, most notably Dan Shak yelling in shock and running around, so we made our way over. When we arrived, we discovered Shak wasn't even involved in the hand, but rather Pacome Chavignon had just spiked a one outer to double through [Removed:146].

We're not sure of all the action, but we do know Guerfi held {A-Diamonds} {a-Hearts} on an {A-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {5-Spades} {10-Diamonds} {7-Clubs} board while Chavignon held {10-Spades} {10-Hearts} . It was a pretty sick suckout, but luckily for Guerfi it was only for 100,000.
