Volpe Nears the Two Million Mark

Paul Volpe just knocked out another player, and he's now very close to having the chip lead.

, when Volpe checked to Dutchman Leon Piso who moved all in from the button. Piso had 216,000 chips left, and Volpe needed about half a minuten before he made the call.

The Dutchman explained shortly afterwards that Volpe had raised pre flop to 17,000, and he three-bet to 42,000. Volpe called, and opted to check-call 45,000 on the turn.
Piso was happy about his deep run, but questioned his own play on the final hand of his tournament. He cashed $32,871 for his 367th place finish.
