Mercier Tanks
Jason Mercier has had a rough go of it so far in the Main Event and is down to about 13,000 nearing the end of Level 2.
Mercier was in the big blind and in front of him was a raise to 450 and two callers. He three-bet to 1,750 and was called by two players, landing a flop of 
. Mercier bet 2,175 (maybe 2,200), only the original preflop raiser called, and the 
turn fell. Mercier checked to his opponent who bet 7,500, more than half of Mercier's remaining stack.
Mercier spent about five minutes in the tank, but ultimately opted to fold his hand.
