Hand #35: Martin Staszko

Nível 37 : 300,000/600,000, 75,000 ante

Pius Heinz had the button. The table folded through him to the blinds, and Ben Lamb raised to 1.55 million from the small. In the big, Martin Staszko announced a reraise, and he made it a total of 3.2 million to go. Lamb gave it a look, but he eventually surrendered and let the chip leader have it.

Staszko is closing in on the 50-million chip mark; he's got 48.45 million now.

Hand #32: Martin Staszko

Nível 37 : 300,000/600,000, 75,000 ante

The button was on Phil Collins.

Martin Staszko raised to 1.3 million. Eoghan O'Dea called from the cutoff seat and everyone else folded. The flop came down {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades} and Staszko checked. O'Dea bet 1.6 million and Staszko called.

The turn was the {4-Spades} and Staszko checked. O'Dea checked behind.

The river was the {9-Diamonds} and Staszko bet 2.8 million. O'Dea folded and Staszko won the pot.

Hand #31: Ben Lamb

Nível 37 : 300,000/600,000, 75,000 ante

Eoghan O'Dea had the button. Ben Lamb was the first one to enter the pot, and his raise to 1.35 million folded the table around to the big blind. There, Anton Makiievskyi spent an unusually long time considering his decision, sitting with only 14.4 million chips in front of him. It was at least a minute or more before he finally surrendered his cards.

Perhaps there's a gear change in progress for the Player of the Year, as he's now starting to get involved in a few pots.
