Hellmuth Not Happy After Aces Cracked

• Nível 20: 10,000-20,000, 3,000 ante

Phil Hellmuth opened for 48,000 from middle position and Mike Leah called from the big blind. Both players checked the {6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Spades} flop, and then Leah bet 60,000 on the {9-Hearts} turn. Hellmuth snap-called and then watched Leah fired out 175,000 on the {J-Diamonds} river.

Hellmuth made another quick call and Leah rolled over the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a flush. Hellmuth then flicked his {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} toward Leah before launching into a mini-tantrum.

One for Yan

zedmaster84 • Nível 20: 10,000-20,000, 3,000 ante

After a preflop raise by Mike Leah from under the gun, [Removed:17] defended his big blind and check-called a bet of 44,000 on a flop of {10-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} {3-Hearts}. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn was checked through and Yan then bet 55,000 on the {6-Diamonds} river. Leah called and mucked when "MissOracle" showed {10-Diamonds} {9-Spades}.

They are the two most active players and the money bubble has slowed down the action considerably.

Higgs Shows a Deuce

zedmaster84 • Nível 20: 10,000-20,000, 3,000 ante

From under the gun, Sam Higgs moved all in for 164,000 chips and all opponents folded. The bracelet winner from Australia double checked his two hole cards and then showed the {2-Hearts} with a grin on the face. Besides that we have only seen one hand with a flop that Mike Leah took down with a bet.

Last Hand of Level 19

• Nível 19: 8,000-16,000, 2,000 ante

[Removed:17] raised to 35,000 from the button and Mike Leah called from the small blind to see a flop of {9-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{5-Clubs}. Leah check-called a bet of 38,000, and then check-called one of 58,000 on the {5-Hearts} turn. When the {2-Hearts} completed the board on the river, Leah checked for a third time and Yan bet 128,000.

Leah made a quick call and Yan rolled over the {9-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} for nine and fives. It was no good though as Leah had the {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} for tens and fives.

Two For Leah

zedmaster84 • Nível 19: 8,000-16,000, 2,000 ante

[Removed:17] raised to 34,000 from the hijack and Mike Leah called in the cutoff. The {A-Clubs} {10-Spades} {6-Hearts} flop got checked through and Yan bet 35,000 on the {2-Hearts} turn. Leah didn't go anywhere and called before taking down the pot on the {3-Diamonds} river with a bet of 50,000 when "MissOracle" check-folded.

Then Jonathan Duhamel opened the action with a raise to 37,000 and Leah asked for his stack size before making the call, Phil Hellmuth called out of the big blind as well. The {9-Spades} {2-Clubs} {7-Hearts} flop got checked to Leah and his bet of 50,000 shut down all further action.

One hand later, Andrew Hinrichsen raised to 32,000 and then folded when Sam Higgs moved all in from the cutoff for 156,000.

Delayed Continuation Bet By Roberts

zedmaster84 • Nível 19: 8,000-16,000, 2,000 ante

Brian Roberts raided to 35,000 and found one caller in Sam Khouiss on the button. Both checked the {3-Spades} {6-Spades} {2-Spades} flop and Roberts took down the pot with a bet of 54,000 after the {K-Hearts} on the turn.

Leah and Hellmuth Battle Again

zedmaster84 • Nível 19: 8,000-16,000, 2,000 ante

Mike Leah raised to 32,000 and Phil hellmuth called out of the small blind. They both checked through the {J-Spades} {2-Clubs} {4-Hearts} flop and Hellmuth then bet 30,000 after the {6-Diamonds} fell on the turn. Leah called and the dynamic duo saw the {K-Spades} complete the board. Hellmuth made it 38,000 to go with 195,000 behind and Leah rather quickly raised to 103,000.

As soon as the "Poker Brat" noticed the raise, he threw his hands up in the air to vent some frustration. The usual small talk began and after some consideration, Hellmuth made the call. Leah showed {A-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds} first, but ace high was only second best to the {10-Clubs} {10-Hearts} of Hellmuth.

More for Leah

• Nível 19: 8,000-16,000, 2,000 ante

Mike Leah opened with a raise from the cutoff and Phil Hellmuth defended from the big blind. Hellmuth then checked the {9-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{10-Clubs} flop, Leah bet 33,000, and Hellmuth snap-called. Both players then checked the {2-Spades} turn as well as the {9-Spades} river.

Hellmuth flashed the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}, but it was no good as Leah had flopped a pair with the {10-Spades}{q-Hearts}.

"Take the Mystery Out of It"

• Nível 19: 8,000-16,000, 2,000 ante

[Removed:17] raised to 34,000 from the hijack and Sam Higgs responded by moving all in for 100,000 more from the small blind. Yan hit the tank debating what to do, and that inspired Higgs, who indicated he thought he'd get a call, to start chuckling.

"I'll show you if you fold. Does that help?" Higgs offered. "Take the mystery out of it."

Yan must have liked the sound of that as he did folded his hand. True to his word, Higgs showed the {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}.
