We saw local favorite Brendon Rubie was no longer seated at Table 32, and a quick check with the players there confirmed that he had been eliminated.
According to Ismael Bojang, it happened when Rubie shoved his short stack holding 
and Timo Pfützenreuter called with 
. An ace on the river spelled doom for Rubie, and he was left to decide whether or not he'd return for Day 1c, which is set to begin soon. We're guessing he will.
