Davies Sends Tilston Out

Nível 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

On a flop of {7-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}, Keith Tilston was first to act and shipped it in a hand against Seth Davies. Davies snap-called and the two players showed their hands.

Tilston: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}
Davies: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}

Davies’ hand took down the pot with a higher kicker and Tilston was eliminated.

Winter Bombs the River and Tilston Pays Him Off

Nível 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Keith Tilston limped in from the small blind and Sean Winter checked his option in the big.

The flop was {k-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Tilston led out for 2,500. Winter raised, making it 6,500 and Tilston called.

On the {7-Hearts} turn, Tilston checked and Winter made it 17,500. Tilston thought for a bit then called.

The river was the {j-Hearts} and Tilston checked again. Winter cut out a big bet of 40,000 and Tilston went into the tank. Tilston used a time extension and thought until his minute and thirty seconds were nearly over before calling. Winter showed his {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for the rivered nuts and that would earn him the pot allowing him to chip up over 200,000.
