Hans "Searchdog" de Hond, who's playing his fourteenth Unibet Open event, just proved that old dogs don't lose their tricks so easily. On a flop, De Hond held for middle pair and check-raised a bet from his opponent, who called.

The turn brought the , giving De Hond two pair, and the Dutchman now opted to check. His opponent fired out 9,000, De Hond check-raised to 20,000, his opponent went all in for slightly more than that and De Hond called off his few remaining chips.

De Hond's opponent held for a pair of jacks and didn't improve on the river. The Dutchman scored a full double-up and currently sits at 52,000.
