Welcome to Day 2 of UKIPT Galway!
We're back for the second day of UKIPT Galway, the numbers are and there was 860 players in the field in total meaning a €140,000 overlay for the prize pool. Currently, there are less than 300 players coming back for Day 2 but only 104 of them will come away with a profit.
At the moment Day 1A's Alan Gold is the chip leader with 272,700 - a huge sum and way ahead of the chip leader from Day 1B Damian Porebski, who managed 205,200. Elsewhere Team PokerStars Pro Jake Cody and Team Online's Dale Philip are both still going strong while Full Tilt Player Danielle Andersen is also still in the mix. They're all joined by Max Silver, as well as Irish Poker Championships winner Trevor Dinneen.
Elsewhere, we've got a little treat for you in the form of the €10,000 Super High Roller which should feature 'Isildur1' himself Victor Blom. That event starts at 2 p.m local time while the main event will continue at little earlier at 12 p.m.
