Strange Turn of Events
There has been some blind and ante swapping with Richard Yong dropping a few chips as well as Manig Loeser, though the latter still holds the lead. Pokers being a zero sum game means the beneficiaries of these losses are Steffen Sontheimer and Chan Wai Leong.
An interesting hand played out between Leong and Antonius Paschalidis, but only because of the quirk of fate that occurred on the turn rather than for the result.
It all started with a limp, with Leong completing the small blind and Paschalidis checking his option in the big blind bringing the action two-way to a flop of .
Leong bet the minimum and Paschalidis min-raised and the dealer accidently dealt the before Leong had made the call. This meant it was shuffled back into the deck, Leong put in the call and the dealer burned and turned… the to chuckles from the rest of the table. Leong bombed for a full pot bet and Paschalidis folded immediately.
