With some 11,000 in the middle to the A♣10♥3♣ flop, Teren Ramnundlall bet 3,000 and Helmut Bohm called to see the 5♠ on the turn. Ramnundlall now checked and subsequently called a bet of 5,500 by Bohm. They checked the 10♦ on the river and Ramnundlall tabled his K♦K♠, which won the pot as Bohm mucked.

Following multiple limpers, Peter Sissou then jammed for the last 3,100 and was called only by Eben Lottering in the big blind.
"You are way ahead, I was just trying to steal the limpers," Lottering said as he revealed the A♣10♠. Sissou was ahead with the A♦K♠ but couldn't hold on a Q♠4♠2♦Q♣10♥ runout.
What started with a limp then saw a squeeze to 1,300 and a total of three players called to see the K♠8♥7♣ flop. It checked to Bradley Moore who bet 2,600 and forced folds all the way.
The last one to lay down the cards was Danny Dayani, who said "I had a legit hand" and flashed his A♠Q♥ before sending them to the muck. Moore returned the favour and showed his A♥K♥ for top pair and top kicker.
All the cards were already exposed and Gilbert Tin Fook sighed when he lost nearly half of his stack. On a board of 7♠3♣2♠J♣Q♦, the 7♣6♥ of Tin Fook had flopped top pair and he mumbled "I knew you didn't have much" but Harold Brooks had him pipped with the slightly superior kicker holding the 8♣7♥ to get back to the starting stack.
There was some confusion as three players had limped in and Ivan Jarosz in the big blind mucked his cards by mistake, received them back but sent them to the muck anyways ahead of the K♣Q♠Q♥ flop. Eben Lottering, Teren Ramnundlall, and Bradley Moore all checked and did so again on the 3♦ turn.
After the K♥ river, they checked to Moore and his bet of 2,000 forced two folds as he exposed the K♦7♥ for a full house. Lottering's A♥J♥ were also briefly shown as well.
Gilbert Tin Fook raised it up preflop to get two callers and then bet the 10♥4♠3♥ flop for 3,500. Pauren Piha on the button and Hennie Appel in the big blind both called. After the 6♥ turn, Appel checked and Tin Fook bet another 7,000. Piha jammed for 30,900 and Appel quickly folded.
Tin Fook asked for an exact count and then asked "hello, how are you doing?" to Piha, who was trying to hide her face but replied "I am good". Tin Fook then folded and inquired "who taught you how to do that?" with a smirk on the face.
While raking in the pot, Piha mentioned "I had the ace of hearts in my hand, I can tell you that".

Three ways to the K♠8♥5♥6♠ turn with some 7,800 in the middle, Raja Vempati was among the players to check. Banks Solomons bet 2,600 and Vempati called. They checked the 9♣ on the river and Vempati won the pot with K♥3♥, beating Solomons' 10♣10♥.
There are now four tables in play with some 32 entrants at the end of level one and no player has been eliminated yet.
