The tournament attracted 155 unique players to Day 1 who reentered 67 times to get to 222 entries and a prize pool of $1,110,000.
At the end of Day 1, Lucas "landapincha" Landa finished in top position with 16,734,276 in chips, ahead of Jon "luckyfish89" Clark, and PokerStars Team Online member Fintan "EasyWithAces" Hand. They are joined on the final table by Thomas "WushuTM" Muehloecker, "hello_totti", Andy "BowieEffect" Wilson, Jareth "jareth3542" East, Marius "DEX888" Gierse, and Wiktor "Iimitless" Malinowski.

Anton "Bomber&Granater" Wigg bubbled the final table on Thursday night but he wasn't the only familiar name to have cashed in this event. Maxi "mikki696" Lehmanski, Bert "girafganger7" Stevens, "Darwinsfish", Joao "Naza114" Vieira, Joni "bustoville" Jouhkimainen, Marty "TheLipoFund" Mathis, Teun "tinnoemulder" Mulder, Timothy "Tim0thee" Adams, and Yuri "theNERDguy" Dzivielevski were among the players to not just score bounties but also take a share of the other half to the prize pool home.
When play resumes at 7:05 p.m. CEST, they will finish the remainder of Level 25 which features a small blind of 40,000, a big blind of 80,000, and a running ante of 10,000. After that, the level duration will increase to 30 minutes each.
