The tournament attracted 155 unique players to Day 1 who reentered 67 times to get to 222 entries and a prize pool of $1,110,000.
At the end of Day 1, Lucas "landapincha" Landa finished in top position with 16,734,276 in chips, ahead of Jon "luckyfish89" Clark, and PokerStars Team Online member Fintan "EasyWithAces" Hand. Anton "Bomber&Granater" Wigg bubbled the final table on Thursday night but he wasn't the only familiar name to have cashed in this event.
