The 2021 Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) will now see another juicy PKO tournament take place as SCOOP-53-M: $1,050 NLHE [8-Max, Progressive KO, Thursday Thrill], $1M Gtd is set to begin at 5:05 p.m. GMT. This is a 2-day event that sports a cool million guarantee that is sure to attract some of the best online mashers.

All runners will begin with 100,000 in chips and a "slow" structure has been set, having 20-minute blind levels throughout. The late registration period will be four and a half hours in length for all new entries, but it is a freezeout so no reentries will be available during the duration. A five-minute break will be held every hour at 55-minutes past and Day 1 will play down until the money has been reached, returning on Saturday, April 17 where an eventual winner will be crowned.

The exciting PKO format splits the buy-in up with half into the prize pool and the other half on each head of the runners. All players will have a $500 dollar bounty to start and it will only go up with every Knockout, increasing by 50% while the other half is instantly pocketed into their bankroll.
