Pantling's Rollercoaster Crashes
Andrew "ClockWyze" Pantling was one of the shortest stacks early in the tournament but built his way up to a top 10 chip stack recently. However, things quickly unraveled when his pocket aces were cracked.
"ubersherms" opened to 10,800 in the hijack and Pantling just called in the cutoff. "madsamot" also called from the small blind and Belarmino "PaGaOVelhinho" de Souza squeezed to 54,000 in the big blind. "ubersherms" called and Pantling bumped it to 226,800. "madsamot" folded and both de Souza and "ubersherms" called.
The flop fell and de Souza bet 132,000, enough to cover both of his opponent's stacks. "ubersherms" folded but Pantling called off his remaining 106,000 chips.
