All three players checked after the 3K6 flop, which brought the K on the turn. The big blind checked and the middle position player bet out 1,200. Barnes then raised to 3,600, which got the big blind to fold and the middle position player made the call.

The river was the 2 and the middle positon player check-called a bet of 7,000 from Barnes. At showdown Barnes tabled 33 for a full house threes full of kings. His opponent flashed the K for trip kings as he tossed his cards in the muck to give Barnes the pot.

Action folded to Darol Rodrock on the button who limped in, then Eric Bunch raised to 800. He was called by the player in the big blind and Rodrock.

The flop came A5J and Bunch bet out 1,100 which got the big blind to fold, before Rodrock raised to 3,000. Bunch made the call to see a turn.

After the 6 on the turn Bunch check-called a bet of 2,400 from Rodrock.

The river was the 5 and Bunch checked to Rodrock who fired out 5,000. Bunch gave it some thought before finding a fold to give the pot to Rodrock.

The RunGood Poker Series continues in Kansas City at Harrah's Kansas City Hotel and Casino with the Day 1bc today in the $1,100 Main Event. On Day 1a the $200,000 guaranteed tournament saw 138 entrants with 17 advancing to Day 2. Day 1b gets underway at 11:00 a.m. local time with Day 1c kicking off at 5:00 p.m. local time.

Players will start the tournament with 30,000 in chips, facing blinds of 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. Levels will last 30 minutes each until late registration closes after Level 8, after which they will extend to 40 minutes. There will be a 15-minute break at the end of every two hours of play. The tournament will continue until only 12.5% of the field remains, at which point players will bag their chips for Day 2 on Sunday, October 27. Participants can play in multiple Day 1 flights, and if a player bags chips multiple times, their smaller stack will receive a minimum payout while keeping that stack in play.
