Spragg Eliminated by "Andre_Hansen"

Nível 7 : 1,500/3,000, 375 ante
Spragg vs Andre_Hansen
Spragg vs Andre_Hansen

The action kicked off with a cutoff raise to 6,600 by "Andre_Hansen" and Ben "Spraggy" Spragg three-bet to 25,500 in the big blind, which the initial raiser from Ukraine called. On a flop of {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{4-Spades}, Spragg already slowed down and checked, then called a bet of 18,315.

On the {7-Diamonds} turn, Spragg check-called another 34,500 with 85,218 behind and checked the {a-Hearts} on the river.

"Andre_Hansen" emptied the clip and moved in with the superior stack, which Spragg called after some consideration to get shown the {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}. That won the hand, as Spragg's {k-Spades}{8-Hearts} for the same pair and inferior kicker was no good.

Latest Batch of Casualties

Nível 7 : 1,500/3,000, 375 ante

Around 1,250 entries have emerged thus far and 1,029 players remain in contention. Kahle "ROFLshove" Burns won't be taking another shot at this event as he has been eliminated on the third and final entry.

Are These The Most Unstoppable Players in WCOOP History?

Nível 7 : 1,500/3,000, 375 ante

Just a couple of short years ago, only one player had accumulated five WCOOP titles.

Since then, the picture has changed quite a lot.

Two excellent MTT pros have now taken the lead, both with insane scores – one player has nine WCOOP titles, and another has eight.

With the WCOOP 2020 upon us, all could change again over the coming weeks, but it’s going to take nothing less than a legendary run if anyone is to join the top of the pack.

So as we look forward to the Series, here are the players who have won the most WCOOP titles so far. You’ll also find out who that five-time winner was.

Salas vs Kelopuro
Salas vs Kelopuro

Sami "Lrslzk" Kelopuro raised it up from the hijack and called the shove of Damian "pampa27" Salas on the button for shy of 20 blinds.

Damian "pampa27" Salas: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Sami "Lrslzk" Kelopuro: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

The Finn was freerolling on the {8-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop and immediately hit the {2-Clubs} turn to leave Salas drawing dead, making the {7-Spades} river a formality.

"Morrison830" Wins From Pavlov

Nível 7 : 1,500/3,000, 375 ante

In a min-raised pot to the {k-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop, the action was checked all the way and Ivan "Ch33s3z0r" Pavlov bet the {j-Hearts} turn for 15,530, picking up calls by "Morrison830" and "tomnelz1". On the {7-Hearts} river, Pavlov bet 44,998 and was called only by "Morrison830" who won the pot with {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} versus {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}.

Spragg Gets Short; Wins Some Back

Nível 7 : 1,500/3,000, 375 ante

Ben "Spraggy" Spragg, forfeited a medium-sized pot when he defended the big blind and ultimately gave up on the river of a {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} board when facing aggression by Marc-Andre "FrenchDawg" Ladouceur.

Soon after, Spragg raised to 6,600 on the button and was called by "Jacob Schindler" and Ladouceur in the blinds. They checked the {k-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop and "Jacob Schindler" bet the {2-Spades} turn for 12,000, only Spragg called. After the {2-Clubs} river, "Jacob Schindler" bet 16,380 and was quite chatty in the table chat. Spragg ultimately came along with the {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} to win the pot against {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}.

"kimokh" Nearing a Million

Nível 6 : 1,250/2,500, 325 ante

Lebanese regular "kimokh" may well be the first player to surpass one million in chips as they currently lead the pack by some margin. They added further chips to their stack in a recent hand when they called a raise to 6,250 when in the cutoff and four players headed to the {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop which got checked through.

"CINTHYA RIOS" in the small blind then led the {6-Clubs} turn for 12,500 and "kimokh" raised to 38,161 in order to win the pot uncontested.

"Little Geewood": {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Kenny "SpaceyFCB" Hallaert: {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

The {j-Hearts} turn and {k-Clubs} river brought no help and the chips headed to Hallaert.

Colillas Goes Runner Runner to Bust Holz

Nível 6 : 1,250/2,500, 325 ante
Colillas vs Holz
Colillas vs Holz

Fedor "Crownupguy" Holz managed to spin up his shorter stack and almost reached the starting stack again to then raise to 5,250 and pick up a call by Ramon "RamonColillas" Colillas in the big blind. On a {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop, Colillas check-called a first barrel for 10,628 and did so again fro 23,750 on the {8-Hearts} turn.

The {8-Clubs} fell on the river and Colillas check-called the all in of Holz for 187,081 to turn over {k-Spades}{8-Spades} for kings full of eights while Holz hit the rail with {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades} for a flopped set of fours that eventually hit an inferior full house.
