The $50,000 PCA Single Day High Roller was won by New Zealand's David Yan earlier this week. This 6-Max tournament attracted a star-studded High Roller cast, with Yan agreeing a heads-up deal with Orpen Kisacikoglu.
Yan banked $485,690 for this victory, after 14 hours of play, and told PokerNews that his victory was down to running "insane"
“I’m pretty grateful for the experience" Yan told PokerNews after his victory. "When you play such a little amount, it’s just basically anything can happen. Today I just ran insane, the field was one of the tougher ones we’ve seen".

Hallay led out on the flop and Addamo raised to 8,000. Hallay called. Hallay then checked on the 
turn and Addamo took about a minute before betting 6,500. Hallay laid it down.

Lali Tournier raised to 800 from early position before she was three-bet by Pablo Sanz Quiles on the button to 2,700.
Action folded back to Tournier who put in a four-bet to 11,000. Quiles rechecked his cards before deciding to fold.

During the break, Anthony Hu was collecting a pile of chips after cracking another player's pocket aces.
Hu opened to 800 from under the gun and was called by a player in late position. Tamer Alkamli then three-bet to 4,200 from the big blind and only Hu called.
Hu called bets of 3,600 and 9,500 for the final board to read 
Alkamli put in his last 26,000 on the river and was snap-called.
Alkamli tabled 
for top set but Hu had the 
for the seven-high straight. Alkamli looked less than impressed when he exited the room.
