flop, Murthy check-raised to 35,000 and Nakagawa called before the 
appeared on the turn.
Murthy bet 55,000 and Nakagawa used one time bank chip before calling. The 
appeared on the river and Murthy announced all in. Nakagawa used his last time bank chip and eventually folded with five seconds remaining.
