Zhou Busts O'Dwyer

Nível 13 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Quan Zhou raised it up to 36,000 from the hijack and Steve O'Dwyer three-bet all in for around 185,000 from the cutoff. Once the action was back on Zhou, he snap-called and the cards were tabled.

Steve O'Dwyer: {K-Spades}{J-Clubs}
Quan Zhou: {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}

While O'Dwyer was in desperate shape preflop, he picked up some outs by the time the board showed {5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{A-Spades} on the turn. A deuce would chop it thanks to the straight on the board while a spade would even let him double. However, the blank {Q-Diamonds} fell on the river and that was it for O'Dwyer.

Derwiche Folds Queens

Nível 13 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

From middle position, Imad Derwiche opened for 50,000. His neighbor Bryn Kenney in the hijack 3-bet to 127,000. Action folded back around to Derwiche and he called.

Derwiche lead out for 120,000 on {10-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Kenney shoved. Derwiche thought about it for a bit and eventually folded, showing {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}. Kenney told Derwiche he could turn over one card and saw that Kenney at least had one ace with the {A-Hearts}.

Zhou Shoves Into Gonzalez

Nível 13 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

A raise by Fabrizio Gonzalez was called by Quan Zhou in the big blind and he checked the {K-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop. Gonzalez checked back and the {Q-Clubs} turn provided a check by Zhou, a bet of 31,000 by Gonzalez and a call by Zhou.

After the {4-Spades} river, Zhou checked and check-raised all in after Gonzalez had bet 65,000, which eventually got through without showdown.

Karmazinas Doubles Through Reixach

Nível 13 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Picking up the action on the {Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, Sergi Reixach checked in the big blind and called a bet worth 44,000 by Dominykas Karmazinas before checking again the {Q-Diamonds} turn. Karmazinas bet 67,000 and picked up a call before the {A-Hearts} river completed the board.

Reixach checked and Karmazinas moved all in. After brief consideration, Reixach called and was shown {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} for a full house by the Lithuanian, mucking his {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts} for a straight.

Mateos Doubles Through Gonzalez

Nível 13 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

We arrived with the turn already out in a pot between Fabrizio Gonzalez (big blind) and Adrian Mateos (under the gun plus one). The board was {7-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} and Gonzalez had checked to Mateos who had 100,000 in front of him with 287,000 behind. Gonzalez shoved and Mateos called.

Adrian Mateos: {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}
Fabrizio Gonzalez: {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}

The {9-Spades} river was a blank and Mateos doubled up.

Paul Newey Eliminated

Nível 12 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Igor Yaroshevskyy shoved from the button for around 160,000 and small blind Paul Newey called all in for about 135,000. Newey was in front with {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} but would eventually fall victim to his neighbor's {K-Clubs}{6-Clubs}. The board came {6-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{8-Spades}{9-Spades} and Newey hit the rail.
