All four players checked the 
flop and 
turn, before Addamo led out from the big blind for 5,500 on the 
river.
Dvoress and Derwiche folded before Holz announced a raise to 20,000. Addamo used a time bank before making the call and Holz revealed 
for a flush to recover some lost chips.
