While staying up to date with all the PCA and PSPC action from The Bahamas, make sure to check out the PokerStars live streaming schedule.
Overall there will be ten days of streaming across both Main Events, with plenty of analysis, player interviews and more.
PokerNews spoke with PokerStars presenter and commentator James Hartigan, who said that he was "incredibly excited" to be heading back to the Caribbean.
"It's the first time in four years, but it's a brand new venue," he told PokerNews. "And this time the PCA precedes the PSPC — so we've got two big events back-to-back."
PokerStars is currently hosting the 2023 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA), and next week will run the second ever PokerStars Players No-Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC) from January 30–February 3. The buy-in for the PSPC will be $25,000, mirroring that of the first installment.
Sam Haddad limped in for 1,000 under the gun and Cliff Josephy called 1,000 next to act. It folded to Robert Cowen on the button who raised to 3,500 and both Haddad and Josephy called.
The flop came and action checked to Cowen who continued for 4,000. Haddad quickly folded and Josephy potted to 24,000. Cowen moved all in and Josephy called for his remaining 10,000.
Cliff Josephy:
Robert Cowen:
Cowen was in the lead with ace-king but would need to dodge a lot of outs for Josephy. The board ran out and the two pair for Cowen held up to send Josephy to the exit.
