Action was caught on the river with the 
board on show. Laurence Ryan bet 7,000 into a pot of 17,000 from the cutoff, Nicholas Marchington went into the tank and ended called by tossing a single chip onto the felt.
Ryan rolled over his 
for aces and nines and Marchington quietly mucked his hand.
There was 2,200 in the pot and Pedro Garagnani was on the button against Aleksei Shchekutov in the big blind.
The board read 
and Shechekutov bet 1,000. Garagnani raised to 3,600 which put Shchekutov into the tank before he folded, conceding the pot to Gragnani.
In a battle of the blinds, Pedro Garagani made it 400 to go and he then called a raise to 1,300 by Jonathan Proudfoot. Both players checked the 
flop and the followed on the turn. Garagnani now bet 1,600 for Proudfoot to call and the 
river paired the board.
Garagani splashed in another bet worth 4,500 and Proudfoot reluctantly folded.
Picking up the action on a 
turn, Eliot Hudon checked and then faced a bet worth 500. Hudon opted for a check-raise to 2,500 and that got the best of it as Kornuth quickly folded. Shortly after, Hudon raised to 300 and Kornuth made it 1,600 to go from one seat over on a three-handed table.
That shut down Hudon and Kornuth won some chips back.
Louis Boutin opened to 300 from the button before Francois Billard three-bet to 1,800 from the big blind.
Boutin called to see the 
flop which checked through to the 
turn after both players took their time making their decisions.
Billard bet 1,200 and was called which brought in the river. Billard then opted to check-fold after Boutin fired for 2,800.
On a short-handed table at the start, the board showed 
when Kevin Rabichow bet 600 in the small blind. Alex Kulev called out of the big blind and they headed to the 
on the river. Rabichow now checked and Kulev bet 2,700. A few seconds later, Rabichow called but quickly mucked when Kulev tabled the 
for a nine-high straight.
It was a three handed table and there was around 12,500 in the pot.
Louis Boutin was in the small blind against Thomas Brown in the big blind.
The board read 
and Boutin checked to Brown who bet 10,000 before Boutin check shoved all in for around 25,000 effective. Brown went into the tank and said to himself, "Am I really going to be coolered on the first hand?". Brown eventually showed 
for two pair as he through his cards into the muck.
Boutin collected his chips as Brown laughed "That was a hell of a first hand!".
