Akin Tuna Eliminated in 2nd Place ($265,000)
Nível 38
: Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
In the second hand of heads-up play, it's all over!
Nenad Dukic shoved from the button and Akin Tuna called for around 25,000,000.
Akin Tuna: A♣9♥
Nenad Dukic: 3♥3♣
It was a flip and one that Tuna desperately needed to win! However, Dukic took a giant leap towards the title when the flop came 2♥2♣3♠, giving him a full house!
Only running cards could save Tuna and the 9♦ on the turn did give him some outs, but the 7♣ river was a brick, meaning he had to settle for second.
