In a pot of 90,000, Adam Hendrix pushed his stack of 285,000 in on the 9♦8♥4♥K♦ turn from the small blind. Sia Browne called off in early position, revealing the cards.
Adam Hendrix: 9♥9♣
Sia Browne: A♠A♣
Hendrix filled up on the 4♦ river, sending Browne's aces into the muck and doubling up the American regular.
Mark Harmening and Stephen Cullen had created a pot of 290,000 when they saw the 2♥7♠7♣5♣7♥ river. Harmening made a bet of 225,000 before Cullen cut out a call, counted the rest of his chips, and sighed.
After a while, Cullen jammed all in for 410,000.
"I guess you have to have a seven," Harmening stated. Harmening lamented some more over his strong hand, but eventually laid it down.
Cullen told Harmening both had the same hand as he raked in the big pot, but Harmening did not believe his opponent.
Emad Zarghami opened to 17,000 from the hijack. Ari Engel raised to 45,000 in the cutoff. Zarghami called.
The J♦7♠8♠ flop was checked around before Zarghami check-called a bet of 42,000 on the 4♥ turn. The 5♦ river was checked down. Zarghami had the winner with 9♣9♦.
A completed board of 3♥10♣J♠9♥6♦ was between Marta Guixeras under the gun and Michel Karim in the hijack, along with a sizable pot of 265,000.
Guixeras then checked to Karim, who fired 205,000, the majority of Guixeras' stack. Guixeras made sure the amount was what she thought it was before flicking in a call.
Karim tabled J♦9♦ for two pair. Guixeras took a good look at her cards before shaking her head and tossing them into the muck, shipping the pot to Karim.
