Clarke Shows After Shoving
Terrance Reid opened from the button to 6,000. Patrick Clarke then moved all in from the small blind for 171,500.
"Look at this! I open to 6,000, this guy shoves fucking everything! 150k at least!" said Reid. He then apologized to the table in advance as he knew he had a decision on his hands.
Clarke said "welcome is the Irish Open" in response. Reid continued to tank before saying "I want to play tomorrow."
Clarke responded "have you been to the Guinness factory today?"
"Yes" replied Reid.
"I probably shouldn't have played this against someone who went to the Guinness factory."
Another moment went by and Reid folded. Clarke tabled K♥J♦. "Fuck!" exclaimed Reid, claiming he folded better. Clarke's mouth formed a wide smile as he took in a small pot.
