Final Table Action

Zamorano entered the final day in the chip lead, followed by Switzerland's Samiyel Duzgun and Russia's Ruslan Bakhtiev. Players were 65 big blinds deep on average but this didn't stop some big action straight out of the door.

On the second hand of the final table, Comeron eliminated two players when his aces held strong against the kings held by Israel's Shlomi Shimoni (ninth - €13,200) and the jacks held by Ukraine's Vladyslav Pohribnyi (eighth - €16,400).

It took several hours for another elimination to take place when Comeron's aces held against Duzgen's eights. Duzgen went home with the seventh-place prize of €19,900, while Comeron skyrocketed into the chip lead.

Shortly after, Comeron eliminated the short-stacked Alexey Romanov in sixth place for €26,400 when his ace-jack held against king-five.

Next to go was Turkey's Seref Dursun Anar in fifth place for €35,200 in a hand that caused a discussion on the table when it was completed. Anar three-bet jammed a short-stack with king-jack and was called by Comeron with king-eight and by Zamorano with aces, who completed the action. Comeron and Zamorano checked down the {9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} board and the action was down to four players. Zamarano retook the chip lead after the hand.

Bakhtiev then hit the rail in fourth place for €47,400 when his suited big slick didn't get there against Comeron's kings. Comeron had the lead for the second time at the final table after the hand was in the books.

Iran's Milad Oghabian was then ousted in third place for €74,000 after he got his 30 big blinds in with a suited big slick and didn't get his hand to hold against king-queen suited.

Comeron entered heads-up play with a short chip lead but Zamorano was able to snag it back quickly during heads-up play. A short while later, the duo agreed to a deal with each player going home with €164,000. Zamorano had the lead at the time and was declared the official winner.
