Castaignon Folds Tens

Nível 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Bjorn Wiesler opened the action with a raise to 175,000 and Remi Castaignon three-bet to 300,000 from the hijack, which was called by Wiesler. The dealer burned and turned the {8-Spades} {9-Hearts} {3-Clubs} flop and Wiesler faced a bet of 225,000 by Castaignon after checking to the Frenchman.

Wiesler pondered about his decision for a while and then check-raised all in. Castaignon was sent into a world of pain and then mucked {10-Diamonds} {10-Clubs} ... . Apparently Wiesler then showed the {6-Clubs} {7-Clubs}.

Pot For Mattsson

Nível 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Remi Castaignon min-raised and Simon defended his big blind. Action was checked to the turn of a {3-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} board when Mattsson led out for 250,000 and got a call.

The river was the {4-Clubs} and Mattsson took his time before betting 350,000.

It was Castaignon's turn to go in the tank before looking at his cards one more time and flicking them away.

Graner Check-Raises Against Wong

Nível 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

The action folded to Jonathan Wong on the button and the Brit limped for 80,000 chips. Miltiadis Kyriakides tossed in the extra 40,000 chips out of the small blind and Stephen Graner checked his option in the big blind. All three players checked the flop of {Q-Spades} {3-Spades} {10-Hearts} and the action was checked to Wong on the {6-Hearts} turn.

Wong bet 200,000 and that got a fold from Kyriakides. Graner had other plans and check-raised to 675,000, putting pressure on one of the shorter stacks. Wong grabbed his entire stack and moved it slightly to the right, still contemplating his move. Graner barely noticed it while staring towards the dealer and the board.

After almost four minutes of consideration, Wong checked his cards again and then sent them into the muck.

One for Graner

Nível 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Stephen Graner raised to 275,000 from early position and was called by Fabio Sperling in the cutoff, which prompted Graner to recheck his cards. They checked down the {7-Diamonds} {3-Clubs} {5-Clubs} flop and the {Q-Hearts} turn, Graner then bet hefty 650,000 on the {10-Clubs} river and that was enough to win the pot without showdown.

Kyriakides Gets there on the River

Nível 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Miltiadis Kyriakides raised to 160,00 and was called by Simon Mattsson in the big blind. On the {4-Clubs} {2-Spades} {10-Hearts} flop, Kyriakides continued with a bet of 165,000 and Mattsson check-called to see the {6-Hearts} on the turn. Both players checked and then saw the {K-Clubs} on the river. The action was checked to Kyriakides again and the Greek studied the board before checking behind.

Mattsson turned over {A-Spades} {Q-Spades} but the Greek got there on the river with {K-Spades} {9-Spades}.

Big Stacks Clash

Nível 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Stephen Graner made it 160,000 and Anton Bertilsson defended his big blind so the two biggest stacks faced off in a pot.

The flop of {8-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{7-Spades} was checked and they saw the turn card fall the {10-Spades}.

Graner over-bet the pot for 475,000 and Bertilsson let it go.
