In the last level online super star and EPT Sanremo 2010 runner up Jakob Carlsson opened for 550 and EPT London 2014 runner up (and EPT Berlin 2010 champion) Kevin MacPhee made the call on the button. The player in the small blind squeezed to 2,000 and both Carlsson and MacPhee called.
The flop came 
and the small blind tossed in 2,100. Carlsson called, MacPhee decided against it and folded.
The small blind, asking the floor something in the meantime, bet out 2,900 on the 
turn. Carlsson called again, but the Swede folded to his opponents 4,000 bet on the 
river.
"What you have?" asked the small blind. "Why should I tell?" replied Carlsson. "Yeah, but what you have?" asked the small blind again, not understanding what Carlsson had answered. Carlsson just laughed a bit and dind't reply anymore.
