In the last hand before the break, Andrea Dato opened to 155,000 preflop and it was passed to Kiryl Radzivonau who made it 315,000. Dato responded by four-betting to 630,000 and Radzivonau moved all in. Dato quickly called.
Dato:
Radzivonau:
The board came and the Russian doubled up. Dato passed over the chips then left the table and Radzivonau began to stack them as they went on a break.
The PokerNews Live Reporting Team and Radzivonau both then noticed that he was short a full double-up. The all-in had been announced as 2,690,000 but Radzivonau only had 5,040,000. Counting the blinds and antes, the Russian should have 5,540,000 and was clearly 500,000 short.
The floor staff are currently checking the cameras but it does appear as though Dato did not give enough chips and the dealer miscounted what Radzivonau should've received. Since Dato is not at the table, they are waiting until the Italian returns before reviewing the situation.
Maximilian Senft was all in preflop just before the break with but Andrey Shatilov held . The board came and Shatilov added even more chips to his stack.
World Series of Poker Main Event champion and Team PokerStars Pro Jonathan Duhamel told us the story of the first EPT he ever played. Duhamel's first EPT was also the first time he went to Europe and in the end he came very close to making the final table.
The players are on a twenty-minute break.
On the turn of a board, Piotr Sowinski moved all in for his last 335,000 or so and Andrey Shatilov made the call,
Sowinski:
Shatilov:
Both had flush draws but Shatilov's was higher, Sowinski needed a seven or a deuce to survive. The river was and Shatilov's ace-high was still good. Just 14 players remain.

Andrew and Nate skip the strategy this week to get right to a special hour-long interview with Olivier Busquet. Busquet discusses his win in the EPT Barcelona Super High Roller, the economical and personal value of playing in big buy-in tournaments, and, of course, the political t-shirt drama.

Daniel Dvoress open shoved for 705,000. Action folded to Ji Zhang who queried the amount and took a while to get a call together with the help of the dealer. He did in the end make the call.
Dvoress wished him luck and turned over . Zhang saw the hand and turned over his . Dvoress said nothing but a few spectators called, “Slow roll. Seven for the slow roll.”
The cards ran out and Dvoress who never managed to get much going today was out.
