Viacheslav Buldygin raised to 12,000 from under the gun and Niklas Astedt three-bet to 50,000 out of the small blind. Buldygin four-bet shoved for Astedt's stack of 256,000, and after a few moments, Astedt called.

Buldygin needed to find some diamonds or a five if he was to bust Astedt. However, the runout of 2♦10♥10♣9♣8♣ kept Astedt ahead with ace-queen, and he earned the double-up.

"You're the most famous Czech player," Sam Grafton said to Martin Kabrhel having just relinquished a pot to him. "The aura this man gives off. Even though I lost that hand, I enjoyed it."
"What did you say?" Kabrhel replied, even though he was seated right next to him and was not wearing headphones.
"I'm just saying I'll tell my grandchildren about that squeeze," continued Grafton. "There will be a space in my memoirs for it. Even though I'm sandwiched between two of the all-time greats."
Grafton is sat between Kabrhel and Steve O'Dwyer, the latter of which seemed most amused by Kabrhel's antics during his 30-minute cameo on Day 1.
Paulius Plausinaitis opened to 18,000 from the button and called a three-bet from Artsiom Lasouski to 42,000 out of the small blind.
The flop was K♠10♦2♦ and both Lasouski and Plausinaitis put in 55,000.
Lasouski then checked the Q♥ turn to his opponent who moved all in for 131,000. Lasouski quickly called.

Plausiaitis had flopped top pair and turned an open-ended straight draw, but was behind to the pocket aces of his opponent. The river was the Q♦ and Plausinaitis was eliminated.

The action was missed but in a blind on blind confrontation, all of Igor Yaroshevskyy's stack had gone into the middle on the turn of a board showing J♠5♠3♠6♥. Teun Mulder was the player trying to bust him from the small blind.

Welcome back to Day 2 of the European Poker Tour Prague €50,000 Super High Roller. Yesterday saw 18 entries in the largest buy-in event of the festival, with 11 survivors making it through to today.
Late registration is open until the start of the day, with more entries expected including a re-entry from Espen Jorstad who bust yesterday to Maksim Vaskresenski.
Others who might join include Enrico Camosci, who finished second to Jorstad in the €25k SHR Warm-Up, and Morten Klein, who has already cashed three times at EPT Prague.
Leading the 11 survivors is Nikita Kuznetsov who grabbed two late eliminations on Day 1 to sit on 889,000, one of only two players sitting on stacks of over 100 big blinds.
