Nikitins Busts to O'Dwyer's Higher Two Pair

The flop came Q♠8♦4♣ and Nikitins checked. O'Dwyer bet 7,000 and Nikitins called. The turn was the 9♠ and Nikitins checked again, which prompted O'Dwyer to fire out a bet of 18,000.
The river was the 7♦ and Nikitins jammed all in. O'Dwyer didn't hesitate to make the call and the hand went to showdown. Nikitins showed Qx7x for two pair, but it turned out to be a bad river for him as O'Dwyer tabled Q♥8♣ for a higher two pair to win the pot.
Nikitins was sent to the rail and O'Dwyer chipped up to nearly 150,000.
