Mittal Gets Sent to the Rail
Nível 15
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Nicola Stagi raised to 12,000 from under the gun, Maksim Haitsiukevich called on the button and Prateek Mittal, in the small blind, placed a small three-bet of 30,000. Both players called.
The 8♠5♣K♣ flop saw Mittal continue for 25,000. Stagi moved all in and Haitsiukevich folded. Mittal called off the bet for his effective stack of around 55,000.
Prateek Mittal: 9♦9♠
Nicola Stagi: K♦8♦
Mittal's pocket pair was behind and the A♣ turn and K♥ river only served to improve Stagi. Mittal was sent to the rail.
